Parents Picking Their Child’s Name: Eh, I like the way it sounds. Sure.

Writers Picking Their Character’s Names: What genre is it? How old are they? Active or passive? Blood type? Country of origin? Is it a family name? What does the name mean? Is it pretentious? Is it not pretentious enough? Can it be used as a metaphor? What position was the planet to the stars at the exact moment of their birth? Is the name gay enough?

Alternatively-

Writer: Looks around room. Spots a can of Lysol on a table.

“The great king Lyson, ruler of the nation of Tablelria…”

I have done both! XD

*straining for 20 seconds* “Fuck it, his name’s now __________”

“Her name is now __________ because I literally forgot what it was in my earlier drafts on the last hard drive that got fried, so that’s what it is going forward”

“I picked that name cause it’s a friend’s name and this character reminds me of them. What? It’s unfitting for a High Elf name? I don’t give a shit.”

“This name’s a pun from another language”

In Turnabout Goodbyes you play as a lawyer who is defending a lawyer (who’s the son of a lawyer) who is accused of murdering a lawyer, and you are up against another lawyer (whose daughter is also a lawyer).

plot twist: the lawyer who you’re against murdered another lawyer (the lawyer father of the lawyer you’re defending)

to complicate matters, the lawyer you face previously adopted the lawyer you are defending. the opposing lawyer’s daugther would later come into the picture to avenge her lawyer father, after you had reveal him to previously murdering a lawyer (your client’s lawyer father, your opponent’s lawyer rival, and the biological father of his now adoptive son, who is a lawyer and your client; as well as the part of the reason your lawyer mentor became a lawyer, who had helped you on the path to becoming a lawyer).

Did I mention the fact the lawyer you’re defending was the reason you became a lawyer? As as child he wanted to be a lawyer like his lawyer father, and acted as your lawyer in the first grade. But after his lawyer father got murderered by a lawyer, instead he became a lawyer, like his adoptive father/mentor.

This post gave me an aneurysm

The Looney Tunes Show was great. Sucks that it only got two seasons. Last night I watched an episode where Granny told Daffy about how she was a WAC during WWII. That episode was beautiful.

It was the last days of WWII. They Nazis were being run out of France, but they decided to take some of France’s most valuable art.

The show’s animators drew pretty accurate Mp-40s, considering the show’s style. Normally most animated shows would draw a gun vaguely resembling whatever it was supposed to be.

Including the Eiffel Tower.

Tweety served as a carrier pigeon(they were using all of the birds they could find).

Here’s Granny kicking a nazi on top of the blimp.

And here’s Tweety saving Granny’s life

Granny and Tweety Bird are war heroes.

I can’t believe Sylvester’s been trying to eat an honored veteran

Sylvester is a nazi sympathizer
